Day 855. Yesterday I went to bed just before 10:30 pm. Randy had been miserable for hours, vomitting as well, and I wasn't feeling so great myself. As a result I was the only adult taking care of them during the night. I went to the kitchen five times to refill the milk. As for Sammy, I only gave him water, but both times that he drank, he vomitted it right back out. Even Tammy, who hadn't vomitted since the morning, vomitted some milk one time, as she'd had a lot of milk in the course of the night. Tammy was lying right next to me all night long. Emmy only joined us at 6 am.

At 7 am the doorbell rang. It was Paul picking up our grocery list. Emmy was up with me, but the girl was still sleeping. After Paul had left, I started making their breakfast, but just baby cereal for the boys, and oatmeal with milk for Tammy and me. They all wanted to drink milk as well. I couldn't get Randy out of bed, so I had no choice but to feed them by myself. Tammy never even sat down, neither on me or in her chair; all she wanted was milk. Emmy barely touched his food, and I fed Sammy, who didn't eat all too much either and soon wanted out of the chair.

Then I took them to the bathroom, cleaned them all up, gave them all new diapers, and dressed them all. They all have diarrhea now, me as well. Then I took them to the living room. Surprisingly Randy was on his feet by then and sat down in the living room with them. That meant I could go to the back to work. Within minutes they were with me and wanted to both sit on me. Sammy was so cranky that Randy put him to bed at 9:30. Suddenly the other two were not coming back, which is unusual, and by 10 am I was so very tired myself that I had to lie down.

By 10:30 Sammy was done with his nap, and Randy took him to the living room. Around 11 Tammy came into the room. I got up a few minutes later and sat back down at the computer, with Tammy on my lap. Emmy was coming and going.

Just before noon I went to the kitchen and got some stuff ready for us to eat. I had some plain pasta I heated up, and cut up some watermelon and pineapple. Then we all sat down at the table, Tammy sitting on a normal chair. Everybody ate a little bit. I also had a few bites of pineapple. Thankfully nobody has vomitted since they got up this morning.

I took them to the bathroom, cleaned them up, changed their diapers, and dressed them. I put Sammy to bed, and then lay down with Tammy. Emmy had left the room, going after Randy who had disappeared a few minutes earlier. Tammy was tired and fell asleep quickly, just before 1 pm. I got up and off the bed and went to get Emmy and lay down with him. It didn't take him much longer. Just after 1 pm he was asleep as well. I got up to return to doing office work.

Emmy woke up some time after 2 pm but insisted on going to Daddy, so I took him to the living room, where he fell back asleep next to his sleeping Daddy. I found them like that at 3:45 pm. Tammy woke up at 3:15 pm and was up  before I could lie down next to her. She ended up sleeping in my arms, with me sitting in the chair. After a few minutes I lay down in bed with her. When Sammy woke up just after 3:30, after 3 hours of sleep, I had to get up. Tammy got up too and woke the boys in the living room up, and so I put Sammy right next to them. A few minutes later Emmy came to me in the back and sat on my lap.

There really wasn't that much time left in the afternoon. Margit played with whoever came to her, while they often were in the back with me. Sammy getting plenty of sleep made a big difference, with him not being cranky as usual. He's really been adding vocabulary, and today we heard him say "Alexa".

It was after 5:30 before I went to the kitchen to get dinner ready. No eggs or other hot or fried food. I just cut up some pineapple, watermelon and mango, and Emmy wanted some salami. And I got some yoghurt out that the boys ate. Tammy sat on her own adult chair and just ate a little bit of watermelon. They were still saying how their bellies were hurting. So was mine.

From the dinner table they went to the bathtub, but nobody really wanted to play, and so they didn't stay in there for long. We got them out and ready for bed. By 6:45 they were in bed. Sammy fell asleep fast. The girl fell asleep by 7:30, and a few minutes later Emmy was asleep as well. I was lying between them and got back up.

I decided to take the risk and eat some bread with cheese, then continued working, but I'm planning on going to bed early tonight.
