To that end the jihadists have been doing sudden attacks, putting up road blocks and killing all civilians in their sight as they accuse the population of cooperating with the Malian government. So far six Christians from our churches have been killed. Now the jihadist spokesperson has announced that Bamako is under siege and that they will not allow anyone to enter the city.
Day 2539. It was nice not to have an alarm or any responsabilities this morning but the kids were up way early again and were loud, keeping me from sleeping until they finally went downstairs to have breakfast. I got up just after 10 am, went downstairs to get some food and my tea and went back upstairs to prepare for my 11 am lesson.
Day 2538. It was 2 am before I went to bed. The kids were up so early that I thought it was much later by the time I got up at 8 am. I started packing right away, and only once everything was packed did I sit down to have breakfast. That way Randy was able to start loading up the car.
