Day 911. Last night it was just after 2 am, when I headed to bed. Emmy was lying in my spot, and I moved him to his bed. He came in the early morning hours, way too early, and was up for good before it was even 7 am. I was hoping they'd catch up on sleep this morning. He got up to wake his siblings up, and we could not prevent him from doing so. At 7:15 we got up as well.

I made breakfast, and we sat down to eat. They hardly ate anything at all. I cleaned them up and then I dress them. They have been wearing bodies with stockings, but today Emmy and Tammy picked out socks from the drawer that they wanted to wear, and so they wore pants and socks today. I was shocked, when I walked over to Tammy and she had already put one sock on all by herself! Wow! I then watched and filmed her putting the second sock on, but maybe the attention got her nervous, as she wasn't able to, and in the end I put it on for her. Tammy can also put shoes on. Emmy can't do either yet.

We then went downstairs. They immediately got  busy with their toy food and shopping cart, so I was gonna go upstairs with my computer, but they reminded me that we had not read the BIble yet. So we sat down and read a Bible story together. Then I left.

I sat down by the computer to work.

Randy has just fixed the gate on the bottom of the stairs, but now it's really hard to close. It stayed open, and so they came up the stairs at 11. Randy took them back downstairs, against their will.  A little while later Emmy got so tired that Randy had to work to keep him from sleeping. At 11:30 I let them come upstairs, while I was making lunch. And then the doorbell rang at 11:45. It was Sonja. I was glad she was already here, earlier than expected. The kids were really happy to see her. Ant they were hungry, not having eaten breakfast, and Randy said they hardly ate any snack at 10 am either. Now Emmy was calling for food.

I had some steak cut up before the rest was ready, and gave it to them right away. I don't think I have seen Emmy eat as much steak as he ate today ever before. I don't know how many times I put more meat on his plate. Then I added peas and fries. After they were done eating, they got up and went potty. Then we put their diapers back on, and they returned to eat some pudding. We cleaned them up and dressed them, and Sonja went downstairs with Tammy, while the kids went to bed. However, Emmy wanted to be with Sonja as well and was crying and didn't want to go to sleep. I tried for a long time, then Randy took over. He was finally able to get him to sleep at 1:10. Forty minutes later he walked in the room and would not lie down with me. That simply was not enough sleep. Thankfully he allowed Randy to sit down withhim, and then he slept another 20 minutes, which isn't much but better than nothing.

For some reason Tammy also would not fall asleep and needed until about 1:45. I walked away before that and returned to work.  I was very tired myself and really wanted to sleep. When Emmy was up for good at 2:10, Randy took him downstairs, and I took Sammy downstairs who was up as well. Then I lay down and closed my eyes for 50 minutes. Thank God. It took me a while to be able to function, once I woke up.

At 3:45 I turned the ocean waves off, and Tammy was up immediately. I took her downstairs to her siblings, so she could join the fun, and returned to work. I enjoyed having an afternoon of being able to work, without them calling me even once. I heard laughter coming from downstairs, with occasional unhappy reactions. Randy took advantage of Sonja being here and ran a few errands.

Just after 5 pm I went to the kitchen to start making their dinner. Once I was done after about 20 minutes, I went downstairs to tidy up with them. Randy had already done some tidying up, so there wasn't that much left to do. I did find that the kids had opened up the printer and removed the cartridges, as well as turned my little electric oven on under my desk. When Randy sits on the couch, my desk is out of sight for him, and even though we always tell them to stay away and leave the desk alone, they obviously don't listen. I asked them to put stuff on shelves, and Emmy pulled them off instead. At least Tammy put a few things up. We were so fast that it was still early to go upstairs so we we waited a few more minutes, but were upstairs ten minutes before 6 pm anyway.

We took their clothes off, and they sat down at the table to eat. Emmy was impatient, but then he didn't eat much. Neither did Tammy. We said goodbye to Sonja. Then they got up to go into the bathtub, but I hadn't even turned the water on, much to their disappointment. Emmy successfully went on the potty, then climbed into the bathtub as soon as I turned the water on. Tammy wanted my help to get in. I put their food in a bowl that I took to the bathtub. They ate a little more in the water, but there was still a lot left. Sammy ate most of his food. He was the one coming out first, even though he was having fun playing with the shower head. Then the others came out, Emmy first, then Tammy. We got them ready for bed, and by 7 pm they were all in bed. I sat down by them, and Tammy lay down on my chest. Emmy hadn't slept long at lunch time, and so he didn't even do his nightly talking with me, but went straight into sleeping position and fell asleep quickly. Sammy stayed up longer, and Tammy the longest. She still calls my name when she's already half-asleep. It was 7:40, when I was able to walk away without them noticing.

I went to the kitchen to get myself something to eat, and returned to work after eating. I've heard a lot of coughing from them throughout the evening, but so far nobody has cried or gotten up.
