Day 1127. The night are now becoming more normal again, as everyone's cold is slowly disappearing. Tammy and Emmy are still coughing a little, and she had a little bit of a runny nose still. My nose and throat are also still affected. Last night Tammy crawled into bed with us, which doesn't happen often any more, and the past few days Emmy has come more than usual, not wanting to leave after a few minutes, like he usually does. Last night Sammy woke up and was upset that his brother wasn't there and kept calling him. Emmy then agreed to return to his bed.

I knew we didn't have to rush this morning, and so it was 8:30 before I got up. After breakfast, I cleaned them up and dressed them, and we were ready to leave early. We left the house at 10 am. I was surprised at how warm it was, with the sun out, as it's been pretty cold. I took my jacket off, and on the way home we did not put the jackets on the kids. We took the subway for two stops and then walked and got to the school a few minutes before the class was to start.

The kids have done several music classes before, and they had this teacher in their very first class.  I didn't like the next two teachers as much and was glad to be with her again. It was a class for kids up to 3 years old, and so our kids were the oldest there. Most kids their age go to kindergarten in the morning and wouldn't be able to be part of a class like this.

Of course the teacher recognized them right away, and she also knew most of the other kids. Her class was similar to the way she used to do it, though she's changed up the greeting and good-bye song. After the greeting song, she did a few songs with the kids sitting on our legs, and today it was Emmy who was sitting on her legs for it. I had Sammy for most of the time, and Tammy was with Randy for it. Then she handed out sticks with bells at the end and did a few songs with those, moving them in different ways. Sammy really enjoyed the class, and was excited as soon as we got there, before the class had even started.

We did a few songs walking around, stomping and running, and the kids turning, and then she handed out fabric to everyone and did a few songs with it. She also did a song, where we were dancing, and she danced with Emmy. At the end every child received a card with a stamp on it. Sammy crawled to the teacher to get his. The kids were excited about their card.

Then it was time to put their shoes back on and go back home. Emmy asked to go to the playground, but there was no time for that. We walked back to the subway and got home just before noon. I had put a lasagna into the oven with a timer, and so I just had to get it out and portion it. It's just about enough for the five of us now. Everyone ate everything and had icecream, then I cleaned them up and they continued watching videos. I was so tired that tI lay down right away and got close to falling asleep. At 1:10 I got up to put the kids to bed. Randy went downstairs to lie down. Once the kids were asleep, I returned to bed and fell asleep. Thank God, I sure needed it.

I woke up, when Emmy walked into the room. I gave him milk and let him go downstairs. Sammy had woken up too, and so I took him downstairs as well. I turned my computer on and started getting ready for my classes. Around 3 pm Tammy also woke up and went downstairs. Then I taught from 4 to 6  pm. They all came back upstairs to watch videos, while Sammy played on the floor near the kitchen, where I was making their dinner. At 6:30 we sat down at the table to eat, then they continued eating in the bathtub. By about 7:45 they were all in bed, and I sat down by them. I left them after 8:30 and got one little protest from Tammy, who was soon asleep as well. I got myself something to eat, then started working on today's pictures. Now it's midnight and time to clean up the kitchen before going to bed. Tammy crawled into bed with mem, where I'm working, half an hour ago, and would not go back to his own bed. Once I go to bed to sleep, he usually agrees to retutn to his bed after a few minutes of holding him.
