HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Day 1101. They were up pretty early today, at 7 am, and all three of them. At 8 am I also got up. After breakfast I went downstairs with them, where we read a Bible story. Then I went back upstairs, and the doorbell rang. It was 9 am, and the Mobile Support lady had arrived. Tammy and Emmy came back upstairs to greet her and then went downstairs together with her. Her primary objective is Sammy, but she stays for 90 minutes to play with all three children. Today Randy even took pictures. As for me, I was preparing my next lessons. At 11 am I started cooking, and at noon we sat down to eat. Everybody had icecream after their meal, and then they went to stand in Emmy's bed to watch videos. At 1:15 pm I put them to bed for their nap. By 1:30 they were asleep, and I left them to return to my computer. By 1:45 I also lay down and closed my eyes.
Randy had already gone downstairs to lie down on the couch. Sammy was the first one to wake up around 2:30, and Randy came back upstairs. Then Emmy and Tammy also woke up. Our friend was supposed to come with her girls to visit at 3 pm, and so we were setting up a table and getting the birthday plates and cups back out. The kids were impatiently waiting for their arrival.
It was close to 5:30, when the long-awaited doorbell rang. The kids were excited and went outside to look for them. We hadn't seen them in a long time. The girls are 4.5 and 1.5 years old. The older girl and our kids were suddenly all holding hands, which was too cute. Then we all went downstairs. They had brought a cake that I cut and distributed. Then our visiting friends sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY for the kids. After that I had to leave them, as I was teaching from 4 to 6 pm. I heard, and saw on the pictures, that they all had lots of fun together. And our kids got more birthday presents, as my friend was supposed to come for their birthday last week but couldn't last minute. They were really excited about the Paw Patrol toy cars, as well as the Paw Patrol walkie talkies. My friend's older daughter was actually crying, that she was not getting any gifts herself.
At 6 pm, after my second lesson, I went downstairs to join them again and catch up. After a few minutes I went upstairs to start making the kid's dinner, and soon Tammy, Emmy and the older girl were all three with me in the kitchen, asking for food. And so they had salami and strawberries, one after another. The others then came upstairs as well, and we said our good-byes. Just after 6:30 pm we sat down at the table to eat. Then they all went into the bathtub, until Emmy pooping cut the time there short. Just after 7:30 pm they were all in bed, and I sat down by them. But I could only stay until 7:45 pm, and said my goodbyes. For the first time in a while I had an 8 pm class again. Randy sat down by their beds, while I got ready and took my computer downstairs to my office. Tammy was not too happy and started crying for me. Even after I had started teaching I could still hear her for a while. It was a first lesson, with a couple who wanted to learn Business English, and we had a good time together. After the lesson ended, I went back upstairs, got myself something to eat, and then went back to work. I had lots to do, and so it is 1:15 am now and time to do the dishes before going to bed.
