Day 1017. Since we left for Mexico, I have not had time to write any updates or work on any pictures and hardly ever turned my computer on because there simply was no time. I have to say that I actually enjoyed it. I have decided to try to not write my detailed updates any more, though that may be difficult, as it is simply who I am.

We returned home after midnight last night, and it was close to 2 am before everyone was in bed. Tammy and Emmy insisted on sleeping in bed with us. When I woke up later in the night, I moved them to their beds. It was noon, when I woke up and went to the kitchen to make lunch. Sammy woke up first, then Emmy, and Tammy last. After having eaten, we went downstairs, read a Bible story, then I unpacked, while Randy stayed with them. After I was done, I went downstairs to stay with them, while Randy started the laundry. At 3:30 we left the house to go to music class. We had only missed one class, while they missed two sessions of their exercise and dance class. They were getting really tired by that time, but still had a good time, though I have a picture, where both Tammy and Emmy are lying on my legs instead of participating. It was Emmy's lucky day, as the teacher got the drums out today.

The teacher does a greeting song for every child, and every child gets to choose what they want to do during the song. Emmy chose drumming on the floor, Tammy jumping, and Randy chose "crawling" for Sammy. Great choice! It was the first time anyone had chosen that. Each kid has the rabbit, when it's their turn, and Randy threw it out of reach, so that Sammy crawled to it.

After class, Emmy asked to go to the playground, and so we walked to the closest one from the school. They were having great fun. However, Emmy is not very good with other kids. They usually annoy him, and he wants them gone.

By 7:30 pm they were in bed. They were tired and fell asleep fast. But as expected, they were up for good three hours later. After all, it was when they'd take their nap in Mexico, in terms of their body clocks. They were up playing until midnight, then willingly went to bed again, but it took them quite some time to fall asleep again. Unfortunately, Sammy has an appointment early in the morning that I'm taking him to, so it's going to be hard for everyone to get up before 8 am, which is 1 am in Mexico.
