HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Day 2169. I had gone to bed at 1 am. At 6:30 am Emmy woke up after having slept right next to me, and he got up and walked to his siblings' bed and woke them up as well. Just great. And they were pretty loud, making it hard for me to continue sleeping. Eventually Randy got up and made them breakfast. I stayed in bed, and they continued being loud. At some point it got better and I got to sleep some more. Eventually I woke up for good and also got myself some breakfast, eating rather late.
I was enjoying the quiet morning without any commitments. And as there was a thunderstorm, and it was raining hard, there was nothing we could do anyway. And so we all stayed in the trailer and eventually, we were all on our devices. When lunchtime came around, Randy suggested we'd get some pizza as it was the last day of the special deal where it costs less than half. And so I ordered, and Randy got in the car (in the rain) to go pick up the pizza at the restaurant that was a few minutes away. Once he was back, he and the kids ate. I was still full from breakfast and ate later.
I then started doing office work that needed to be done, and I was glad to get it done. As the afternoon continued on, the rain eventually stopped, and the kids were excited that we could finally go swimming again. We had lots of fun in the pool. I was with Sammy for most of the time. Eventually I got out and sat down on a chair to watch them. After a while, everyone got out and we went to the trailer to get changed.
Then we left again right away as our friends wanted to take us on a boat ride. Their house is right at a lake/swamp with alligators, and so we went out and tried hard to find some alligators somewhere. However, we had no success. We did have fun enjoying the wind as we were going fast or not so fast. All three kids got to ride the boat which they loved.
When we returned to their house, we saw something in the water which turned out to be a big log. Randy then got a rope around it and pulled it to shore so that it would not hurt any boats. We then all got off at the pier right there. After the storm, the swampy lawn was full of water so that we were actually walking in water. The kids then ran to a tree house and went up briefly, then continued on to another pier which was actually theirs, I believe. Tammy had been talking about fishing the whole time, that she wanted to do it, and there were fishing rods right there. Our friend then got it all set up for them, and they threw their lines out to try to catch some fish. It wasn't that easy for Tammy to sit still but she was determined to catch a fish. Sammy sat on the swing with me and held another fishing rod that was not in the water. After a while I decided to leave them there, went to the trailer, lay down in bed and closed my eyes as I was so very tired. I was about to fall asleep when Randy came with Sammy and dropped him next to me, then he left again. Sammy then stayed with me and got his tablet to listen to music. He then started saying he was hungry, so we got up, and I warmed up some leftover food for him.
In the meantime Emmy had actually caught a bass. I was very impressed. Tammy wanted to stay until she'd also catch a fish but eventually she had to give up. Disappointed she returned to the trailer with her brother, and then we all ate leftovers together. After having eaten, we got them ready for bed. I read them a story, and Sammy was asleep before it was over. I then prayed over all three, and they all went to bed. It was time for me to turn my computer back on and work on today's pictures. Now it's 1 am and time for bed.
