Day 707. Last night I was so exhausted I could not go on any longer and fell into bed at 11:15 pm. This morning Emmy already jumped into bed with us at 2:30. When I realized a little later what time it was, I took him back to his bed. In the morning he came around his typical time of 6 am. By 7 am we sat at the dining room table for breakfast.

The day went on as usual. At lunch time Tammy threw a fit after being put in a chair, and there's no eating when she's in that state. I finally got her out but told her if she wanted to eat, she needed to go back into the chair. She didn't. Then Emmy got his icecream, and again I told her she needed to go into the chair and eat rice and chicken first, and then she'd get her icecream. She had already had quite a bit of chicken while in the kitchen with me, when I was getting everything ready. She never went into the chair and never had food.

I put Emmy to bed first, then Sammy, and Tammy was so tired she lay down on Randy's chest. He was sitting in the chair by their beds. After a while, when she was asleep, I put her into her bed, but she woke up and threw a fit again. So I picked her up, held her, and asked her after a really short time, if she was ready to go back to bed, and she shook her head. Just one minute later she was okay with it, lay down in bed, and fell asleep moments later.

When the boys woke up, Randy went downstairs with them. Tammy was up too, after only about an hour and a half of sleep, and went downstairs as well. But I heard a lot of crying, while getting their food for church ready, and so I suggested they'd already come up for their afternoon snack at 2 pm.

Tammy and Emmy always go on the balcony, and then go in and out, while grabbing fruit from a plate, and having me put food from the jar into their mouths. Randy gives them peanut butter. He has two strollers on the balcony that we have not used, but that he's been repairing, and they enjoy climbing into them. They were standing in them and waving at people going by and saying hello to them, and some actually wave back and say hello as well, which they enjoy greatly.

After some time of fun and food, we took them downstairs, where Randy stayed with them, while I was getting everything ready. Then they came upstairs, we dressed them, and left the house on time at 4 pm to go to church.

It was surprisingly cold, as well as windy, and it was raining a little. We took the train and then a tram. Tammy found someone on the tram she could have fun with, and that's when this picture of her was taken that I think is one of the best ever.

We got to church a few minutes before the service started. Once again they had all kinds of flags to use there, and the kids started using them during worship. At 5:30 I went upstairs to the toddler room with Tammy and Emmy, where we sat down so they could eat dinner. Tammy was more interested in the toys but ate whatever I put into her mouth. Just before 6 pm Randy brought Sammy up, and a few minutes later the program started. There was a time for crafts again at the end. At first they were drawing, but then they wante dto do what the others were doing, and it involved gluing stuff. The teacher helped them, while I was holding Sammy.

Then it was playtime again, and they were having great fun. They once again ended up by the play kitchen, playing cooking and eating.

After some time I put their shoes back on, and we left to return to the sanctuary. I was surpised to see that the service was already over. Our friend Anna was there, playing with Sammy. Emmy was again asking for Sonja, and so we started walking around and looking for her, and we found her. We stayed for a while, everyone had some cake, and then left. Thankfully it wasn't raining but it was pretty cold. We took the tram, and when we got to the tram station, we had twenty minutes to wait. They didn't mind, enjoying sitting and standing on the bench.

We got on the 8 pm train and got off at the next stop a few minutes later. They were in the stroller, but Tammy wanted out and was standing and kneeling and not listening to us saying she should sit down. I told her she could come out and walk once we were in the elevator. Before we even got there, she suddenly fell out of the stroller. She was crying hard, and I carried her to the elevator, where I set her on the floor. She had calmed down by then. When the doors opened on the bottom, she had her hand on the elevator door. I was wondering why they were opening so slowly, when she started crying and I saw that her fingers were stuck between the elevator and the door. Again I picked her up and comforted her. That was two painful events in a row! After she had calmed down, I set her back down, and she was walking holding my hand. Emmy wanted out too, but refused to hold my hand, which was not acceptable, so I put him back in. Then he came back out and let me take his hand. And then Tammy ran into a pole while holding my hand! Again lots of tears, and as bad as I felt for her, I just had to laugh at her misfortune of getting hurt three times in a row like that. Poor girl. But she's tough. It wasn't long before she was back on the ground as if nothing had happened.

Once inside the apartment, we immediately started getting them ready for bed, and put them to bed. I had to come back for Tammy once, but not for long, and then they were all asleep. Our ordered food arrived, and we went downstairs to watch a good movie while eating it. Or rather half a movie, then we stopped. I still had too much to do. And so it's after 1 am now, and I still have to do the dishes, and then I can go to bed.
