Day 2161. Sammy was up before the alarm and so was Randy. I then had to make Emmy get up and Tammy was even harder to wake up and get her to get up. But we managed and went to breakfast. Once again we walked with people from the conference at breakfast. There were two Dutch guys and a guy from India. And this sweet black lady who had given them Bibles wanted to pray for them (picture), then she hugged me and blessed me.

We left the hotel just after 8:15 - later than yesterday and later than intended. We drove the 10+ minutes to church where Randy let us get out at the entrance, then he parked the car. The four of us went inside and decided to line up at the sanctuary doors to get a good seat. It was after 8:30 am but the doors weren't open yet. Once they opened, we followed the masses inside but even with the wheelchair which meant we needed to get an aisle seat, I could not get seats for us. Emmy pointed to the front, but the first two rows were reserved. I then started asking people if they could scoot in on the bench so that we could sit on the aisle. One person said no, another only had room for one person. There was a black lady in the fourth row who saw our dilemma and had compassion. She ended up sacrificing her seat and going to the balcony so that we could have those seats. May God bless her for that.

We then took the kids to the kids' conference, signed them in and said good-bye before returning to our seats for the first session. We were singing for an hour, then the offering, then Dan Hammer came to speak for an hour. He had amazing stories to tell. After a half-hour break, Heidi Baker did a one-hour session with more great stories. Just before 12:30 we left to go pick up the kids.

When we reached the table there, the lady got up and said that we would be getting back different kids than the ones we had brought in the morning. She said that the Holy Spirit had fallen on them and that they had been in His presence for the past 2-3 hours so that they could not do the planned teaching. My tears welled up as I heard those words as that is my greatest desire for my children, not just to know God but know His presence. I was very curious what the kids were going to tell us.

We found out that Sammy had been crawling around and putting his hands on people to pray. Tammy had not had an experience with God though she did say she heard God speak to her. And Emmy was touched powerfully and was weeping as a result of His presence. We were walking to the car as the kids were telling me all that. We were strapping the kids into the car, when Tammy suddenly had a fit and it was a bad one. I know she was pretty tired but we were wondering whether there was a spiritual component to that strange fit. She screamed and kicked my seat saying there were invisible ant eggs in the car that she was scared of. We stopped at the nearby Walmart, and Emmy and I went inside to get a few items including ready-to-eat meals for lunch. Tammy continued screaming the whole time and did until we got back to the hotel which we did at 1:20 pm. Once she got out of the car, she slowly started calming down but she looked pretty tired.

We went to our room and warmed up the meals in the microwave and ate. Once we were done, we got ready to leave and left again just over an hour after arriving. It was already after 2:30 pm, so later than intended, as the afternoon session had started at 2:30 pm. And so it was nearly 3 pm when we got to church. Randy got a parking spot that was a long way from the entrance, then we walked into the church and all went to the fourth row where we had our seats. There was no kids' conference in the afternoon, but Leif Hetland was doing an impartation session, and we didn't want to miss it. Especially since we heard that he has had a cerebral palsy healing happening.

I was surprised that worship wasn't going on but that Leif was already speaking. We sat down, and Sammy soon wanted out of his wheelchair. Tammy ended up sitting with Daddy, while Emmy was on my other side, constantly moving around. Sammy wanted to sit on the bench and sat between Randy and me and soon fell asleep with my arm around him. He really needed it so I was glad. Tammy had actually fallen asleep in the car on the way to church, even though it was just a 10+ minute ride, so she and Emmy did not sleep during the meeting.

After Leif had spoken for a while, he went into ministry mode. He asked all those from other nations or those called to other nations to come to the stage so he could pray for impartation for them. The crowd immediately started moving, and we were trying to make our way there with the wheelchair. Of course Sammy woke up when we put him into the wheelchair, and he didn't like it. I walked up the stairs to the stage with Emmy and Tammy, and Randy actually rolled the wheelchair up the stairs. On top of the stairs, there was Heidi as the speakers were sitting there, to the side of the stage. Emmy said hello to her as he had prayed together with her yesterday. Heidi then told me about that.  We couldn't go any further as the stage was full of people so we stayed there on top of the stairs. Heidi then started praying for people and asked Emmy to join her again which he did, of course. I just loved watching them. Tammy was not happy at all and didn't want to be there. She kept saying she wanted to leave. Then Leif came walking in our direction and prayed for Sammy to be healed and walked on. He was telling us that that girl healed of cerebral palsy always runs up to him when he goes back there.

As he had not prayed for the rest of us, we stayed there. Heidi came over to us and asked me to sit down on the stairs. She then prayed for all of us and God's joy filled me making me giggle. She tried to comfort Tammy who was not happy. Emmy then continued praying for other people and put his hands on the people on the floor as well, and the people appreciated it. He was loving it. Leif kept walking away and even downstairs but came back up where we were. Our turn was finally coming. He prayed for us all and I started giggling and sat down on the floor which is what Tammy did not want me to do. Then we all left the stage and went downstairs and tried to leave the sanctuary. A few people interacted with us and the kids on the way out. Some were telling us how much they loved the kids.

Once outside, we walked to the restrooms where they found their friend who is Sammy's best friend he's made here. Sammy hugged her right away and had a big smile on his face. The girl then gave us her phone number so that they could stay in touch. We then left the church to walk over to the McDonald's on the other side of the street like we had done yesterday. They were enjoying the playground as well as the food. Then a couple from the conference walked in and started talking to people and offering to pray for them. Tammy and Emmy immediately went over and prayed with them for this guy. I was surprised when it was Emmy who walked away while Tammy stayed until the prayer ended.

We were just about to leave McDonald's to go back to church, when a thunderstorm started. It suddenly started pouring down rain so we stayed put, trying to wait it out. It got better after a few minutes, but by 6:50 pm we had to get going so we went outside and walked to church in the rain. A lady with a big umbrealla saw us and let me use it to the entrance of the building so at least Sammy and I could stay relatively dry.

Once in the building, we took the kids straight to their conference, signed them in, waved them good-bye, and went to our seats in the sanctuary. At 7 pm worship started and lasted an hour. I closed my eyes. I was very tired and rested in His presence, also getting impressions from God.

After the offering, Randy Clark came up to speak. It was the final meeting of the conference and a healing meeting. I was believing God for my own healing. Randy shared lots of stories as well as useful things to receive your healing, and testimonies of healings on video. It was very faith-lifting. In the end, he started doing what he does to have healings happen in the room, and they were happening. After there had already been a lot of healings, he and his team were giving out words of knowledge for healing. Then Randy gave his own impressions, and they included creative miracles. That's what I needed so when it was time to go forward, I went as well. Randy then left to pick up the kids as it was already 10 pm. I stood way up front but Randy never came to pray for us for healing. I then saw the network assistant director right there and decided to have him pray for me. While I was waiting for my turn, Tammy and Emmy came up to me and showed me what they had received at their conference, including a certificate. They then returned to Daddy, and I finally got prayer for healing. It didn't last long, then I returned to our seats as well.

We talked to a few more people, then made our way out of the sanctuary and to our car. It was already 10:30 pm. On the way to the hotel we stopped at Walmart so I could buy some contact lense solution - an act of faith. By 11 pm we were back at the hotel, and we all had some food before getting the kids ready for bed. Tammy was asleep before her brothers were in bed. By midnight they were all asleep. I had only just turned my computer on, and so it's now 2 am. While my report is written, I don't have time to edit and post the pictures tonight.
