HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Day 2082. Yesterday Randy took the kids to their kindergartens, while I lay back down. At 10:30 am my alarm went off, and I got up to get ready for my 11:15 am student. I finished at 12:30 pm, and then Randy returned home with Sammy and left again to pick up the other two. I was getting ready for my next student at 2:10 pm while taking care of Sammy. Randy and the kids returned home just after I had started teaching.
And Randy left with Sammy before I was done teaching. It was time to pick up his new fitted shoes. They had to cross town and picked them up. Sammy then asked to go to the Peppa Pig rides. Last time we had been very close but had had no time to go there. This time Randy took him there, and he had fun on the rides.
I finished teaching at 3 pm, then it was time for us to get ready to leave the house which we did a few minutes later. We rode our scooters to the subway, took the train, then rode the scooters to the school where their exercise class was taking place. We got there early, so they rode their scooters in the courtyard there briefly, then we went inside.
During their class I sat in the locker room and was reading and on my phone. Later I just closed my eyes as I was very tired. After they were done, we rode back to the subway and took the 5:01 pm train home, where we arrived just after 5:15 pm. I quickly warmed up some leftovers for them, then I had to sit down and get ready for my 5:30 pm student. While I was teaching, Randy and Sammy also returned home.
By 6:20 pm I was done, and I did not have any more students. We went downstairs for piano practice, then they went into the bathtub, and then I read them some stories. I prayed for them all before they went to bed. Then I went to the kitchen to get some food. I've been trying to go to bed earlier, but it was still 1:30 am last night.
This morning I woke up before my alarm woke me at 10:30 am. Randy had taken the kids to their kindergartens. I got ready for my 11 am student and taught until 12 pm. Then Randy helped me look for my temporary tooth brace that I have to wear until I get my bridge in June. I have to take it out every time I eat, and last night I had forgotten to put it back in. I always put it on my desk, right where I eat. This morning I realized I hadn't put it in but could not find it on my desk. After a few minutes of searching, Randy had to leave to go get Sammy. And I had to go to the kitchen to cook lunch.
By 12:40 or so Randy and Sammy were back home. He wanted to watch kids' songs on the projector, while I had to eat lunch. After a few minutes he started playing with the door - one of his most favorite activities. After I had eaten, I continued the search for my braces. I cleared my desk and once again moved it and looked on the floor where I expected to be, but it wasn't. Then I started filing papers and bringing order to my desk - something I should have done long ago. I've had new shelves for weeks now as I've run out of room to put anything anywhere, but Randy has still not put them on the wall. I need those urgently.
At about 2:15 pm Randy returned home with the kids. I was still filing even though I needed to get ready for my 2:30 pm student so I finally quit. I then taught for four hours in a row - math, French, English. Randy left with Sammy just before 4:30 to take him to his wheelchair class. The other two kids were going on my nerves quite a bit, disrupting my teaching. Early on they had watched videos on the big screen, but had gotten into a fight over what to watch, so I turned it off. Right now they're not allowed to have their tablets. They then had to find something else to do.
By 6:20 pm I was done teaching and went to the kitchen to make their dinner. The kids wanted to watch videos on the big screen again, and after they had agreed on what to watch, I let them watch while eating. I made scrambled eggs for Emmy, and "Grieskoch" for Tammy, then I started cutting up fruit for them. Randy and Sammy returned home around 7 pm. Sammy had had fun at his class. He then started eating his fruit, while I took the kids downstairs for piano practice. Back upstairs, it was time for the bathtub. It was nearly 8 pm, when they got out, so I quickly prayed for them all, helped them with different things, then I had to sit down to start teaching at 8:10 pm.
By 9 pm I was done, and the kids were asleep. I went to the kitchen to get something to eat. After having eaten, I started working on the pictures of the day. Now it's just after midnight, but I still have some stuff to do.
