HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Day 2124. Yesterday morning Sammy stayed home with me, when Randy left with the other two to take them to kindergarten. Sammy had his last horsetherapy session. When Randy returned, he left with him to take him there. As for me, I got some more sleep after they had left and got up at 10:30 am, when my alarm went off.
I then taught from 11:15 to 12:30 pm. When I was done, Sammy was already waiting for me on the other side of my door as Randy had left a few minutes before I was done to go pick up the other kids from kindergarten.
I warmed up some food for myself; Randy had already given Sammy something to eat. Sammy was watching videos on the projector and playing with the door. I was getting ready for my 2:30 pm student and needed to get some stuff done by 2 pm. Because at 2 pm the doorbell rang, and my Mom arrived.
We hadn't seen her in over a month which felt more like 2 or 3 months, so it was good to see her again. Just after she had arrived, Randy also returned home with the other kids. They were all happy to see her, and then we all went downstairs. Emmy started playing ball with Grandma, and they both played their song that they'll be playing at the concert for her. At 2:30 I had to leave them to go teach. After I was done at 3:20 pm, I went back downstairs to spend her last half hour with her and the kids. Randy was there too and held Sammy. They were blowing up balloons and let them fly which Sammy loved. Then Grandma had to say good-bye and left, while I had to return to my computer for my 4 pm student.
I taught until 6 pm, then went to the kitchen to make their dinner. After they had eaten, we went downstairs for piano practice. Back upstairs, it was bathtub time, and as always, they continued eating fruit in the water. After that, there was still some time to look at the US photobooks from two years ago. The fours of us looked at the pictures, then I prayed for them and sent them to bed. I had to sit down at the computer to teach from 8:10 to 9 pm. After I was done, I went to the kitchen to get myself something to eat.
Today was a public holiday in Austria which meant kindergarten and stores were closed. The kids were up early as usual, and they kept to me a few times, keeping me from sleeping. It was my last morning to sleep in before leaving for the US, so I really wanted to sleep. Randy then left with them to take them to the playground, and it finally got quiet. I then got up after 11 am and went to the kitchen to start cooking. When they returned home from the playground, I was still working on getting lunch ready. We then soon sat down at the table to eat.
After lunch, the kids were on their tablets for a short time, then we all went downstairs. For once we had plenty of time for piano practice. After we were done, I returned upstairs to work. I stopped a few minutes before my 5 pm student to still make their sandwiches, then I taught until 6 pm. After that, I went to the kitchen to cut up fruit for them. After they had eaten, they went into the bathtub, where they continued eating. Randy always eats fried eggs for dinner. A while back Randy started making an egg for Emmy so that he doesn't always eats the food off Daddy's plate. And recently all three have been wanting eggs, and now Daddy makes three, and all three eat them in the bathtub - so fast you'd think they hadn't had any food yet.
After they had gotten out, we sat down to continue looking at US photobooks, which they enjoy doing. Then I prayed for them, and they went to bed. I had to sit down at the computer for my 8:10 pm student. After I was done at 9 pm, I went to the kitchen to get myself something to eat. After having eaten, I went back to work. My usual bed time is between 1:30 and 2 am.
