HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Day 2388. Normally I don't have students on Monday morning right now but my Friday student had moved his lesson to yesterday at 11 am. After I was done teaching, I warmed up leftovers for Randy and made myself a soup. At 1 pm he left to pick up Tammy and Emmy while I left 15 minutes later to pick up Sammy. Just before 2 pm we were back home, and a few minutes later Grandma arrived.
We went downstairs and had a good time together. I enjoyed my half hour with my Mom. At 2:30 Randy returned with the other kids, and I had to start teaching. I was done at 3:20 pm, then I made the kids' sandwiches before going downstairs where the kids were playing with Grandma. Sammy was doing a Bobo puzzle with Daddy. We didn't have very much time. At 3:45 pm we made our way upstairs and left together a few minutes later. Grandma walked to her car while Tammy, Emmy and I took two subways doing reading practice. Then we walked to the premises of their programming club where they arrived 10 minutes early. I left them there and continued walking.
I got to the McDonald's at the train station, sat down and ordered. Then I got my computer out and started working. My student had canceled so I used my 75 minutes there to do much-needed work. Theb I got some food for the kids, packed up and walked back to the programming club. I went inside and saw Tammy hard at work, creating art work with a 3D printer while Emmy was just goofing around. He had only created a soccer ball. Tammy had made three different pieces last time and this time. Last week Emmy had been sick and not in class.
We packed up and left together with their friend and her Mom. We walked to the subway and took the train together, but after two stops we got off to change lines and they continued. By 6:30 pm we were home, while Randy and Sammy had left to pick up bread. I started cutting up their fruit right away, and while they were eating, I prepared for my 8 pm student. Then we went downstairs for piano practice. Back upstairs it was time for the bathtub, followed by story and prayer time. Then BOTH kids lay down in my bed next to the desk where I sat down to teach at 8 pm. Once I was done at 9 pm, I carried the kids back to their beds and went to the kitchen to get myself something to eat and take a break. Later I went back to work and went to bed at my usual time of 1:30 am.
On Tuesdays I usually don't have any students so I was able to go back to bed. I did set my alarm for 11 am as I had to go to the kitchen and cook. Once the pot was on the stove, it had to cook for an hour so that gave me time to use with what I needed to get done.
At 1 pm Randy left to pick up Tammy and Emmy, and 15 minutes later I left to pick up Sammy. By 1:45 pm or so we were back home, and we were supposed to be home for 2.5 hours before leaving the house together. I was working while Sammy was on his tablet. Then Randy called. He had taken Tammy and Emmy straight to Emmy's new soccer class that started at 2:30 pm, and Randy and Tammy were watching him play. We were goint to meet up after so that I could take Emmy home while Randy would take Tammy to her dance classes. However, Tammy was not feeling well because of the cold she has and didn't want to go dancing. And so Sammy and I could stay home, and Randy returned home with Tammy and Emmy at 4 pm. Emmy wanted to do reading practice right away, then Tammy did it. Then we went downstairs for piano practice, while I returned upstairs to make their sandwiches and then sat down to start teaching at 5 pm. The kids stayed downstairs and had lots of fun playing together.
Once I was done teaching at 6 pm, I went to the kitchen to cut up fruit for them. I could still hear them have fun downstairs. It wasn't long before they started coming upstairs and sat down at the table to eat. They wanted to watch something on the projector so I let them watch two stories of real missionaries that have become famous (made for kids). They really enjoyed it. I was preparing for my 8 pm student. Then it was bathtub time. After they had come out, there was still time for a story followed by prayer time. Then they both lay down in my bed again, while I sat down to teach at 8 pm. At 9 pm I was done and carried them back to their beds one by one. Then I got myself something to eat and took a break before going back to bed.
