Day 2184. It's been really hot in the room where we sleep so I haven't slept well, plus having a kid on each side of me and going to bed too late. The boys were up early, as usual, then Tammy got up. When my alarm went off at 7:50 am, I also got up. A few minutes later we all piled into the car and drove down the hill to Randy's mother's house. There we all had breakfast, and I turned my computer on to get ready for my 9 am student. I taught until 11 am, then I checked us in for our flights tomorrow and did some other stuff on the computer.

When the kids were getting hungry, we sat down to eat some leftovers. After lunch, we returned to the house where I continued packing our suitcases. Randy would then weigh them, and I'd add more or take stuff out. Then I needed a nap big time and slept for over an hour while the kids were playing downstairs.  At 4:30 we drove to Randy's mother's house again.

In the beginning of our trip, Emmy was very scared of the three dogs running around outside her house. But he has now lost that fear and wanted to show it with this picture. Inside, the kids were enjoying being with their Grandma for the last time. Eventually we sat down to eat some food, then we had more fellowship time. At about 7 pm we all prayed for Grandma, and she for us, then we said our good-byes.

We returned to the house, but Randy's youngest adult daughter and the kids' nieces had not returned which upset especially Emmy who wanted to spend time with them. The kids were pretty said. At 8 pm they had a quick shower, then went to bed, and they were soon asleep. Randy put our five packed suitcases into the car while I sat down at the computer to work. Now it's 11 pm, and they are all asleep. We have to get up at 5 am tomorrow to drive 2+ hours to the airport, then take two planes and arrive in Vienna on Wednesday morning local time.
