Day 1039. This morning the kids surprised me, when they were already up some time after 6 am. I could not get them to go lie back down. When the alarm rang at 7:45, they were both already right next to me and begging me to get up and give them milk.

Day 1038. We got up around 8 am this morning. After breakfast and once they were ready to go downstairs, it was nearly 9 am already, and so they stayed upstairs to welcome the Mobile Support lady who hadn't been with us in over a month.

Day 1037. Last night I could not sleep. I had stuff on my mind that kept me up. I sat on the balcony for a while, and as we're in a heat wave, it wasn't even cool out there. I finally went back to bed and found Emmy there, who I took back to his own bed.
