Day 1054. Once again they were up way too early, just after 6 am, and nothing I said made any difference. I stayed in bed as long as I could, not able to get any more sleep, and forced myself up just before 8:30. It was so late after breakfast and cleaning them up and dressing them that I did not go downstairs with them.

Day 1053. As usual they were up early, and I stayed in bed as long as possible. It was after 8:15 before I could make myself crawl out of bed to make breakfast. After cleaning them up and dressing them, we went downstairs, where we read a Bible story together. Then they wanted to draw, and Sammy wanted the piano, and after setting it all up, I went upstairs to work.

Day 1052. It was only 6 am, when Emmy got up and got his sister up. At 7:45 we all got up. I woke up with a bad headache and was terribly exhausted all day, until the evening. I guess yesterday was a little bit too much for me.
