Day 992. I went to bed just after midnight. Little did I know that I was gonna be up for nearly two hours, as the kids were giving us the hardest time they've given us in a long time. What a start to my birthday! Tammy and Emmy kept coming, crying, and we kept taking them back to bed, but it just wasn't working as it usually does. It was so tiring!

Day 991. Last night I headed to bed at 12:15 am, after having moved Emmy back to his bed. Tammy joined us in the early morning hours, and at 7:15 Emmy came, but he never fell asleep. It wasn't long before he had woken up his siblings. At 7:45 we got up as well.

Day 990. Last night I went to bed just before 1 am, but it took nearly an hour before I had the chance to fall asleep. The girl had a runny nose which made her sleep restless. She came running several times, but we put her back to bed. And then they came both running. I held Emmy for a few minutes, then he was willing to go back to bed.
