Our second day in Vienna was also a wonderful day of lots of joy and fun and laughter; as well as tiredness on my end. The little ones are still greatly enjoying being back in their Austrian home, and rediscovering all their toys. But they are also enjoying new skills.
We had a great first day back in Vienna, especially the babies who were just so happy all day long. As for Mommy and Daddy, we were pretty tired. I thought they'd be missing Barbara and the other kids, and the sheep and cats they're still talking about - especially Emmy - all day long, but I guess the excitement of having all their toys and the familiar environment back was the only thing that mattered today.
Today the babies are 500 days old! And we have arrived back in Vienna. Randy got to sleep the most on the overnight flight, but Barbara and I slept very little. At least the babies slept well. It was 5:15 Malian time, that is 6:15 am French time, when we arrived, and so the babies had also had little sleep compared to usual.
