I was heading to bed at my typical 3:30 last night, but got held up, and it ended up being 4:15, and then I lie in bed awake for a while, thinking mainly about our upcoming Mali trip and all the details. I don't know how we're gonna childprove our house there, thinking of everything I have on bottom shelves that they would pull out....

I went to bed at my typical time of 3:30, even though at one point I thought it was gonna be earlier. Since my night is so short, I don't normally wake up, when Randy gets up to feed them in the morning, some time between 7 and 8. Today it was 8, and I did wake up, because Sammy was crying so hard.

I went to bed at 3:30, but didn't fall asleep until after 4 am, and got up before 9 am to make their food. We fed them at 9, and then put them to bed for their morning nap. Tammy and Emmy were talking with each other. At 9:45 I picked up Tammy, as she was starting to get cranky, and lay down with her. She fell asleep at 10 am and slept for 90 minutes.
