HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Day 2508. Last night I was the last one to go to bed just after 9 pm which was 6 am Austrian time. Emmy was the first one up just after 2 am, and he would not let me sleep after that which was quite annoying. By 4 am the other kids were up as well, and I could not get them to go back to sleep. By 5 am I let them all get up. What a short night for me, just 5 hours or so long! The kids were hungry so we found some food they could eat. We kept telling them to be quiet but that was hard for them. Eventually I got my computer out and went upstairs where there was a desk as I had a student at 8 am which was 5 pm in Austria. Before that, I tried to work on my computer but I was so very tired that I finally lay my head on the desk and closed my eyes for a few minutes.
I then taught from 8 to 9 am, then I returned to our room to work on the computer. When the kids went outside to the trampolin, I went outside to take their picture before returning to my computer. Later Emmy came to me and wanted me to play ping pong with him, so we played for a few minutes, then Tammy took my place. We had lunch with our friends before it was noon as everyone was hungry, then it was time to finally go swimming. The kids had really been looking forward to that. However, Tammy's swimsuits weren't there for some reason. Thankfully she was able to borrow one, then we left. We got into our car and drove the 3 minute to the community pool. There were not a lot of people there. It was a very hot day so you could not walk barefoot on the hot stone at all. The water was nicely cool - at least at first. We all had lots of fun swimming. We even went into the hot tub that was there as well - but not for long.
After we had played and had fun for quite some time, we got out, got changed and got back into our car to go back to the house. It was only 2:30 pm when we returned. I was really tired. The kids were playing while I was trying to get some work done. As time went on, the kids were getting really tired as well, as well as hungry. Tammy sat down next to me, fighting to stay awake. Sammy was on his tablet, and when Randy lay down next to him, he actually fell asleep. Emmy was the most active, playing table tennis and with the dog. He finally came to us to let us know it was time to eat dinner. In fact, he had already eaten himself. So we all went to the kitchen and ate with the family. Tammy was so dead tired that she had to go to bed right after, as was Sammy. Both fell asleep immediately. Emmy stayed up, playing with the dog after the family's daughter had left. Just after 8 pm he also came to go to bed, and Randy went to bed right after him. Once again it was me who stayed up, writing my report, and working on planning our next few weeks of traveling. Now it's just after 10 pm, and I'm also planning on going to bed soon.
