HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Day 2518. After a short night, the alarm went off another 5 minutes earlier this morning. We went to breakfast, then got into the car and drove the 12 minutes to church. When we walked in, it was 9 am and the doors to the sanctuary had just been opened. We went inside to find seats, then we took the kids to their conference. Even though it was early, the workers were already there and letting the kids in. Then Randy and I went to our seats.
We enjoyed the one hour of worship, then the preacher came. After he was done talking, he started ministering and asked those that felt the power of God to come to the front, so I did. Randy left to pick up the kids from their conference.
On the way back to the hotel, we made a quick stop at Walmart. I went inside by myself to pick up some food for us to eat for lumch at the hotel. We only had an hour at the hotel, then we left again at 1:30 pm to make it back for the 2 pm session. Sammy's favorite preacher was doing the session.
The kids sat down on the bench with us; thankfully there was enough room for all of us. The speaker then started moving around the sanctuary praying for people. Sammy wanted to get close to him, so I put him into his wheelchair and rolled him closer to where the speaker was praying - first on the left side of the sanctuary, then on the right side, but the speaker ignored him, so we returned to our seats.
At 2:10 pm we left before the session was over. Everyone was tired, and the kids had had enough even though they had played with other kids. On the way out of the building, Emmy saw a friend, so we took a picture. When we had reached the exit, a man came up to us and told us that Emmy had played beautifully with his little daughter and made her feel comfortable when she didn't want to be there. He thanked us and said we're teaching him right. Yes, Emmy has a gift when it comes to little children.
Back at the hotel I turned the TV on so we could watcher the world cup game but the TV wasn't working, and the lady by the reception was of no help. So I turned my computer on to find a way to watch it, and I did. Emmy then watched the whole game, and because of that I didn't really get any sleep. I did lie down and close my eyes, though.
We left the hotel later than we should have. At 7 the last meeting started, but it was 7:15 pm when we checked the kids into their conference. Then we went to our seats. After an hour of worship, and the offering etc, Randy Clark came to preach that last message, and it was absolutely great. He was telling lots of old stories which reminded me of my own stories of encountering the power and glory of God. In the end, he prayed over everyone in the sanctuary, and the power of God started touching me. He then asked everyone who was being touched to come forward, so I did. Randy had to go pick up the kids again. God was touching me powerfully; it was beautiful. After quite some time of enjoying his presence, Randy Clark asked all the missionaries to come up the stage so I got up and made my way up there. The power of God was still strong on me. After some time he came over to me and asked if I was a missionary, so I said "Mali, Africa". He then prayed for me, and the power of God hit me. I stayed in His presence for a long time, just like in the old days. Then a hand touched my belly. It was Emmanuel. Randy and the kids had returned, and Randy also wanted to go on stage to be prayed for. There were two ladies there that offered to help with the kids, so he left them with them and came up stage. But Tammy and Emmy followed him, so that is how Emmy's hand ended up on my belly.
And God was touching me powerfully. I was in no rush to get up, and I was getting up slowly. I was giggling and giggling for quite some time. We were walking back to where Sammy was with the two ladies, and it looked like had made an immediate connection with them. We ended up talking with them for a while, and Sammy was saying that he loved them and kept hugging them. I thought we'd never get out of there! It was 11:15 pm by the time we did. The kids had received suphero capes and made masks at the kids' conference. We got into the car and drove by Domino's to pick up a pizza for dinner before going on to the hotel. By about 11:30 were were at the hotel. Tammy was too tired to eat and went straight to bed. The boys had pizza and then went to bed. It was midnight for them. As for me, I started working on the pictures but was too tired to still write my report. I went to bed at 2:30 am.
