HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Day 2498. Oh how much I would have liked to sleep in this morning after the past two days! But Emmy was upset with me that I had not woken him up at 4 am to watch the world cup soccer match of Austria against Algeria so I had to get up early in the morning for him to watch it. However, I couldn't get it working on his tablet so I had to turn on a computer and try to find a site where he could watch a replay. I finally found one that worked and he watched it as if it was live. He didn't know the score in advance so it worked out well. He enjoyed watching it, and every time he shouted for some reason, I got woken up again.
At 11:15 am my alarm went off, and I got up to go to the kitchen to cook. Randy hadn't cut the veggies as agreed upon, so it took me much longer to cook, and it was 12:15 pm before we got to eat. Unfortunately that gave them little time to eat, as Randy had to leave with Tammy and Emmy at 12:30. They left late, and they got there late. It was their last maths club of this year. When Randy returned after an hour, he heated up his food and ate. After half an hour he left again to go pick up the kids.
Sammy and I stayed home - much better in this heat. Today the highest temperature ever measured in Vienna in history was attained. I was still working on pictures and reports. At 3 pm Randy and the kids returned home. Emmy then put his suit back on, and we went downstairs with his flowers to take a picture of him with the school mascot by the piano. After that, he couldn't get the clothes off fast enough because it was so hot.
At 4:30 pm I went to the kitchen to make their sandwiches and cut up their fruit. Then I returned to my computer. At 6 pm I started teaching. I was supposed to have another student at 7 pm but she never showed. At 8 pm I did story time with the kids, then I prayed for them, and they went to bed. Then I went to the kitchen to get myself something to eat and sat down for a break. Later I went back to work to finish the pictures and reports.
