Day 2532. Last night I went to bed at 1:30 am. This morning the boys were up early and eventually they all left the room which allowed me to continue sleeping. At 9 am my alarm went off, and I got up to have breakfast, then I set up my computer on the dining room table to teach from 10 until 11:15 am. Our friends and the kids went outside to play but then Randy decided to leave and take care of the rental car issues so the Mom came back inside to be with Sammy while I was teaching.

After I was done teaching, the Mom decided to make a cake and had all the kids help her. They had lots of fun. I then made them sandwiches to each for lunch. Randy only returned at 2 pm. The gathering for me to talk about Mali was scheduled for 2:30 pm. Just after that two ladies arrived. We all had a good time talking. Eventually the Dad got his guitar out and started singing worship song. The kids also joined in, at least with the songs they knew. When no one else had arrived by 3:30 pm, we decided it was time for me to start talking. And so I started telling stories about what God is doing in Mali. Everyone was enjoying them. I had finished, when the husband of the one lady arrived. He also wanted to hear stories so I shared a few with him. I then ended up talking with him and the Dad of the house for the longest time. The single lady had already left, and the Mom was talking to the guy's wife. Randy and the kids were elsewhere.

And our friends also provided dinner for everyone so we ate hamburgers. After having eaten, the Mom got the cake out that they had baked today and lit candles on it, then everyone sang an early "Happy Birthday" to the triplets. It's 24 more days until their 7th birthday.

We were talking for a long time, then the last couple also left. We continued hanging out until it was bedtime for the kids. They showered, ate some more food, then went to bed, and it took them until 9:30 pm to fall asleep. I then got my computer out to work on the pictures and the report. Now it's midnight.
