Day 2419. Yesterday I went back to bed after Randy had taken the kids to school but I already had to get up at 9:30 am as I had a 10 am student. I taught until 11 am, then I went to the kitchen to cook lunch. We ate, then Randy left at 1 pm to pick up Tammy and Emmy while I left a little later to pick up Sammy. By 2 am we were back home. I turned the projector on for Sammy, then sat down by my computer to get ready for my 2:30 pm student. Randy and the kids returned just before I started teaching.
By 3:20 pm I was done and went to the kitchen to make the kids' sandwiches. Then I got everything ready for us to leave the house which we did just after 4 pm. Randy and Sammy left a little later for Sammy's wheelchair class. Tammy, Emmy and I took the train doing reading practice, then the tram, then walked to the school where they have their exercise class. It was session 4 of 5 of volleyball, and they enjoyed it. I sat in the locker room with my phone and a paper during their class.
At 5:45 their class was over. They got dressed, and we walked to the tram that took us to the train station. We just about made the 6:01 pm train which I was thankful for. 15 minutes later we were back home. I went to the kitchen to cut up fruit for them, then Randy and Sammy also returned home. After they had eaten and I had prepared for my 8 pm student, we went downstairs for piano practice. Back upstairs it was bathtub and then story time. At 8 pm I sat down to teach while they went to bed. Again, they wanted to sleep in my bed next to me teaching but I told them just one could sleep there. In the end neither one did. At 9 pm I finished teaching and went to the kitchen to get myself something to eat. After a break, I went back to work and then to bed late which has been 2 am recently.
This morning I went back to bed after Randy had taken the kids to school but like yesterday, my alarm went off at 9:30 am as I had a 10 am student. I taught until 11 am, then prepared for my 11:30 student. Ten minutes before I was to start, the student canceled. That was pretty annoying as it was not a private student so it was a financial loss. We ate lunch, then Randy left just after 12 pm to pick up Tammy and Emmy and take them to their tennis class at 2 pm. I left just before 12:30 pm to pick up Sammy, and by 1 pm we were back home. Sammy wanted to watch subway rides on the projector, and later he played with his new horse that arrived yesterday. It can walk and makes noises. I got on my computer and did some work.
At 3:15 pm we left the house and took two subways to meet up with the rest of the family. We got there at 3:45, and a few minutes later Randy and the kids arrived. They were running towards me, so happy to see me. I hugged Emmy, gave Randy his sandwich, then our subway already arrived. Tammy, Sammy and I got onbto go back home while Randy and Emmy took another line to go to Emmy's breakdance class that started at 4:15 pm. That's also the time when the three of us got home. I made their sandwiches so they could eat them whenever they got hungry.
At 5 pm I started teaching and finished just before 6 pm. Randy and Emmy had just returned home. I then went to the kitchen to cut up fruit for the kids and gave it to the kids. Once they had eaten, we went downstairs for piano practice. Back upstairs, it was time for the bathtub. After they had come out, we did reading practice. They always get a new sheet on Friday but often we don't have time to do it on Fridays. As my 8 pm student was on vacation this week, I had no student which gave us the time to read the paper today. Then I prayed for them, and it was time for them to brush their teeth and go to bed as it was already close to 8:30 pm. As for me, I finally got to eat dinner myself and take a break before going back to work.
