Day 2423. Monday morning, the first alarm going off at 6:15 am, then the second one at 6:45, when all of us have to been up. I fill their snack boxes, do Tammy's hair and go back to bed at 7 am. Randy leaves a few minutes later to take Tammy and Emmy to school, then comes back to get Sammy and take him to school. Today, it was 10:30 am when my third alarm went off. I got up and got ready for my 11 am student. I taught until 12 pm, then went to the kitchen to cook lunch. 

After we had eaten, Randy left just after 1 pm to pick up Tammy and Emmy, while I left just before 1:30 pm to go get Sammy from school. By 2 pm we were back home, and I sat down to prepare for my 2:30 pm student while Sammy was on his tablet. Just as I started teaching, Randy got home with Tammy and Emmy. I finished at 3:20 pm, then made the kids' sandwiches. Normally I am the one taking them to their programming club but not today. Randy left with them at 3:45 pm while I stayed home with Sammy. I was working but also playing with Sammy for a while. Randy returned just before 4:45 pm which is when I was supposed to start teaching but my student canceled. At 5:30 pm Randy left again to pick up the kids. I then cut up fruit for the kids, and at 6:15 pm their music school live broadcast started. It was the reason I had stayed home so that Sammy could be a part. He was really hoping it was his teacher that was doing it but it was the founder of the school who is Tammy's and Emmy's teacher. Sammy was still enjoying the story time and participating.

Just after 6:30 pm Randy and the other kids got home, and they joined Sammy in front of the computer right away. I gave them their fruit plates as well. They were participating hard during the remaining 15 minutes of the broadcast. 

After they had eaten, we went downstairs for piano practice, then it was bathtub time. Before they went to bed, we still had to do reading practice. I prayed for them, then sat down to teach at 8 pm. Tammy and Emmy were again fighting over who would sleep in the bed right next to me. First it was Emmy, then he gave it to Tammy, then Tammy gave it back to Emmy who then slept there until I took him to his back after I was done teaching at 9 pm. Then I got myself something to eat and took a break before going back to work.

Tuesday is usually the day that I don't teach in the morning so it was my morning off. I still set an alarm for 11:30 am, and I was just as tired as when I get up at 6:45 am. We had lunch, then Randy left just after 1 pm to get Tammy and Emmy, while I left just before 1:30 pm to pick up Sammy. By 2 pm we were back home. Randy took Emmy to his 2:30 pm soccer class, then he and Tammy had to wait until he was done at 3:30 pm. As you can see on the picture, Tammy was practicing her recorder playing during that time. All the kids at their school learn how to play the recorder. 

Sammy and I left the house just before 3:30 pm to take the subway for three stops and meet up with Randy and the kids. I took Tammy's schoolbag and handed Randy her dinner sandwich. Then we separated again. The boys and I did a quick trip to the pharmacy before taking the subway home.

Back home, the boys were playing with each other for a while which was beautiful to watch and listen to. Then they got on their devices. I was on the computer preparing. My 5 pm student was late so I went to the kitchen and started cutting up the kids' fruit. Then I taught until 6 pm and another student until 7 pm. Between the students I had given the boys their fruit. Randy and Tammy returned home just before 7 pm, and Tammy sat down to eat her fruit as well. She had done two hours of dancing - one hour of dance sport, and one hour of ballet. 

After they had eaten, we went downstairs for piano practice, then it was bathtub time. After the bathtub, they still had to do their reading practice with me. All that took time, so there was no time to read a story. By 8:30 pm they were in bed, and I went to the kitchen to get myself something to eat. I had done my 8 pm student at 6 pm already which was nice. That way it was less stressful, not having to be done by 8 pm. I ate and took a break, then went back to work.
