HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Day 2438. It was a rough night last night and even this morning I had a hard time sleeping. I went back to bed after having prepared the kids' snack boxes and done Tammy's hair. Randy then took them to school. At 9:30 my third alarm went off which meant I had to get up for good. I then taught from 10 to 11 am. Unfortunately my 11:30 am student had canceled. I should have laid back down for nap. I did lie down but didn't take a nap. But first I put a lasagna into the oven to cook.
We ate, then Randy left before 1 pm to pick up Sammy and take him to his weekly horse riding therapy. As for me, I left the house just after 2 pm, taking two buses and walking to their school to pick up Tammy and Emmy at 2:40 pm. We still had time until having to take the bus so we had a quick stop at the grocery store before getting onto the bus. We then took a second bus and got home just before 3:30 pm. That gave us about 15 minutes at home. The kids had icecream, then I left with Tammy and Emmy and our tennis rackets.
Emmy had an absolutely terrible day again when it comes to his behavior. He has these terrible anger fits that are not funny at all. They are very concerning. We rode the subway for three stops, then our scooters to the tennis club for our weekly tennis class. Tammy and Emmy had one other kid in their class and had the founder of the tennis school as their teacher again. We adults were right next to the kids, there were three of us, and we had the guy from the first lesson again as our actual teacher was in the hospital. We had a good time playing. The hour went by really fast. Emmy wanted to play more with me but we didn't have time for that. Instead he threw a few hoops in the small basketball area.
We rode back to the subway, and then Tammy fell and hurt herself quite a bit. We rode the subway home and got there around 5:30 pm. I went to the kitchen to make their sandwiches and quickly cut some fruit. Then I sat down to prepare for my 6 pm student and taught until 7 pm. After that, it was time for piano practice. Emmy refused to practice. Back upstairs, it was bathtub time. After that, they said their Bible verses, and I prayed for them. At 8 pm I started teaching, and no kids in my bed next to me. I was done at 9 pm and went to the kitchen to get something to eat. After a break, I went back to work.
