HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Day 2474. It was a holiday today so all the kids were home, and I would have liked to sleep in as I did not have any morning students but that was not meant to be. First, it was Tammy who kept coming to me and waking me up. But my alarm was set for 10 am. Yesterday our tennis classes were canceled because of the rain, and I had my make-up class this morning at 11 am. I wanted to take Tammy and Emmy along so they could play with each other but Tammy didn't want to so I only took Emmy with me.
The two of us took our scooters and rode the subway for three stops, then our scoothers to the tennis club where we arrived plenty early. We adults were completely, as all three of us were there. The other Mom in the group also had her kids with her. And then Emmy ended up playing tennis with her kids plus another kid which was great. He was having fun, and one parent watching commented on how well Emmy already played.
At noon my class was over, and we rode our scooters back to the subway and the subway home. Back home, I went to the kitchen to finish cooking lunch; I had put a chicken into the oven before leaving the house. We all ate, but I had little time as I had to start teaching at 1:20 pm.
Randy had taken Tammy and Sammy bike-riding while Emmy and I were at the tennis club. They were having fun on the skate-park course. While I was teaching in the afternoon, Randy took all three kids to the playground where they were having fun as well.
As for me, I had a long afternoon of teaching, teaching from 1:20 pm to 6:30 pm. During my short breaks in-between I made their sandwiches and cut up their fruit. That way they were able to eat once they got home from the playground. After I was done teaching, I went downstairs with Emmy for piano practice. After 25 minutes, it was Tammy's turn. Then she still had to do her reading practice that Emmy had already done on the subway. Back upstairs, I sat down to prepare for my 8 pm student, then it was bathtub time. After they had gotten out, I prayed for them, then I sat down to teach. After a few minutes both Tammy and Emmy came into my room to lie down to sleep in my bed.
By 9 pm I was done teaching, and I had to take the sleeping kids back to their beds. Then I went to the kitchen to get myself something to eat. I took a break while eating before going back to work. Now it's after 1:30 am, and I still have to take care of the kitchen.
