Day 2486. My third alarm went off at 10:30 am. I got up and got ready to teach at 11 am. I was done at noon and went to the kitchen to cook lunch. Just after 1 pm Randy left to pick up Tammy and Emmy, while I left just before 1:30 pm to pick up Sammy. Once we were back, I sat down to prepare for my 2:30 pm student. Randy and the other kids arrived just after that time.

I finished my first student, quickly made sandwiches for the kids, and started my next student at 3:30 pm. Randy left with Tammy and Emmy at 3:45 pm to take them to their programming class. They did 3-printing with the handheld printer once again.

I finished teaching at 4:20 pm, then went to the kitchen to cut up fruit for the kids. I also used the time to interact with Sammy who'd been on his tablet. At 4:45 pm I sat down for my next student, and this time I taught until 6 pm. Randy returned about the time I started teaching and got to spend time with Sammy - until he had to leave again at 5:30 pm to pick them up at 6 pm. After I finished at 6 pm, I was finally there for Sammy, and we had fun together.

Randy and the kids returned home around 6:40 pm; the kids sat down to eat their fruit. Then I went downstairs with Tammy and Emmy to do piano practice after a whole weekend without having practiced. Back upstairs, they quickly went into the bathtub and got ready for bed. As for me, I sat down at the computer to teach at 8 pm. Tammy and Emmy then both came to lie down in our bed to sleep, right next to where I was teaching. After I had finished teaching at 9 pm, I took them to their beds and went to the kitchen to get myself something to eat and sit down for a break. I found a letter Emmy had written me and put on my bed for me to find. It was really sweet! It said, "Mommy, you are the best piano teacher of the world. Without you, for example learning to play the piano. Thank you for everything." And a second note, "I'm looking forward to cuddling with you later."

As for the artwork? The kids learned about a certain artist in school and then made their own artwork to ressemble that guy's artwork. Then the school uploaded their pictures, and I was able to download them.

In the middle of the night last night Emmy started vomiting, and he vomited several times in the course of the night. He was still not well in the morning, his belly hurting, so he stayed home from school. He continued vomiting until early afternoon, even though he had hardly eaten anything.

As for me, I went back to bed after Randy had taken the other two kids to school, and my third alarm woke me up at 10:30 am as I had a 11 am student to get ready for. Emmy spent pretty much the whole day on his tablet. I finished teaching at noon, then warmed up leftovers for us to eat. Randy left just after 1 pm to pick up Tammy, and I was gonna leave Emmy at home to go pick up Sammy just before 1:30 pm. However, Emmy wanted to come along, so he did. We rode the subway for two stops and walked to Sammy's school. Sammy was very excited to see Emmanuel and let everyone know that that was his brother.

By 2 pm we were back home. I didn't have any students until 4:30 pm (as Emmy used to have soccer at that time on Tuesday) so I used the time to take care of things that needed to get done. Randy and Tammy returned at 2:30 pm. At 3 pm I went downstairs with the kids to do piano practice. It was visible that Emmy wasn't feeling well; he looked sick. After we were done practicing, we went back upstairs. At 3:45 pm, Randy left with Tammy to take her to her dance school where she had dance sport at 4:30 and ballet at 5:30 pm. The boys stayed home with me and were on their tablets. At 4:30 pm I started teaching and went until 5:45 pm. Then I went to the kitchen to cut up fruit for the kids. Emmy just ate some dry bread and a banana. He'd only eaten a little bit of chicken noodle soup for lunch before that all day. I gave Sammy his bread and fruit and put Tammy's fruit on the table, then I sat down again to teach from 6:10 until 7 pm. Randy and Tammy returned just before I was done teaching. I gave her time to eat while I was preparing for my 8 pm student. Then it was bathtub time, and even Emmy went into the water. After that, they started getting ready for bed, and I prayed for them. At 8 pm I sat down to teach. Emmy came to sleep in our bed but I kicked Tammy out after a while.

By 9 pm I was done teaching and took Emmy to his bed. Then I went to the kitchen to make myself something to eat and sit down for a break. Later I went back to work.
