Day 1548. The kids were doing learning apps on their tablets, while I was trying to get work done on the computer, but they constantly needed my help, so I didn't get very far. At least they were learning something and having fun; even Emmy enjoyed learning that way. We ate lunch at 12:45, when Randy and Sammy returned from the kindergarten.

Day 1547. Every two or three weeks the kids have swim class on Sunday morning, and it was that day again. We had to take the 9:20 train to make it in time for the 10 am class. Emmy took Max, the mascot from their exercise class, with him so we'd have some pictures to put into his travel journal that he takes from kid to kid, going to another kid every week.

Day 1545. On Wednesday the schools in Vienna were closed, but not the kindergartens, and so Randy took Sammy there, just like on every other day of this past week. I taught from 9 to 10, then worked on the German translation of our newsletter before going to the kitchen to cook lunch. Randy had just left to go pick up Sammy, when he called me.
