Day 1219. I went to bed at my usual time of close to 2 am last night, and woke up in the morning with Emmy next to me. I set my alarm for 8:45, as I had a 10 am lesson. I was very tired and had a hard time getting out of bed. After breakfast I cleaned them up and dressed them, but then I had to get ready for my lesson, and Randy went downstairs with the kids.

Day 1217. Last night I went to bed later than I have been in a long time. It was 3:30, but of course some kid needed something, and so it was really 4 am in the end. You can imagine how tired I was this morning. Emmy came to me, as usual, and then they wanted to watch Kasperl, even though it was already about 9 am.

Day 1216. Even though I knew that I needed the time, I did not set an alarm, as I've been going to bed at 2:30. It was again about 8:45, when I looked at the clock. The kids were eager to open the last door on the advent calendars. Then we sat down for breakfast. After breakfast we put their Christmas pj's on, as it's the 24th that we celebrate Christmas in Austria.
