Day 993. Last night I headed to bed at 12:30 am. I'd had to sit down by Emmy's bed several times, and by that time I was glad he was fast asleep in his bed. Some time later he did come to me, lay down next to me for a few minutes, then returned to his own bed. Tammy also joined us in bed at some point and stayed.

Day 992. I went to bed just after midnight. Little did I know that I was gonna be up for nearly two hours, as the kids were giving us the hardest time they've given us in a long time. What a start to my birthday! Tammy and Emmy kept coming, crying, and we kept taking them back to bed, but it just wasn't working as it usually does. It was so tiring!

Day 991. Last night I headed to bed at 12:15 am, after having moved Emmy back to his bed. Tammy joined us in the early morning hours, and at 7:15 Emmy came, but he never fell asleep. It wasn't long before he had woken up his siblings. At 7:45 we got up as well.
