Day 1044. What a day! The blisters on their tongues make them cry, when they try to eat, even after I apply the cream that was supposed to numb it. It's hard to put a cream on the tongue.

Day 1043. Last night Emmy was waking up crying in pain a few times. They were up early, around 7:30 we got up as well. Emmy had already had two squeezies and wanted nothing else. Tammy tried to eat oatmeal with milk, but only drank the milk.

Day 1042. Once again they were up some time after 6 am, and some time after 7 am we got up as well. Emmy had once again done all kinds of stupid things he shouldn't have. After breakfast we went downstairs, where I read a Bible story to them.
