Day 886. Last night it was close to 12:30 am, when I was heading to bed. I walked up the stairs and loaded the dishwasher, when Emmy suddenly stood there. I took him to my bed and finished in the kitchen, then I lay down with him. After a while I asked him if he was ready to go back to his own bed. He drank some milk, then got up, and I walked him back to his bed.

Day 885. Last night I headed to bed at midnight. I had just turned my computer off, when Emmy called to me from the top of the chairs. I went upstairs, but I still had to finish loading the dishwasher and turning it on, so Emmy stood by me watching. Then we went to bed together.

Day 884. Last night I headed to bed at midnight. Emmy had never woken up, and so there was no child in our bed. It still took me a while to fall asleep. Tammy came some time during the night, and in the early morning hours Emmy did as well. By 7:20 they were all up and running, and so we got up as well.
