Day 1855. This morning Randy left with the kids to take them to kindergarten, while I lay back down. I hadn't been able to fall asleep for the longest time last night, so I was very tired. I then had a vivid dream. In the first part I was in a prayer meeting, where people in Mali were participating on a video screen, and it broke my heart not to be there.

Day 1854. Finally Sunday, finally a morning to sleep in! However, the kids came to me contantly, waking me up over and over again. At some point Randy left with them to take them to the playground. I thought that he would have been happy about a quiet morning at home, but I guess not. The kids had fun at the playground, and Tammy climbed up an old tree until Randy told her to stop.

Day 1853. Yesterday I taught in the morning, then I made sure we both got something to eat before leaving the house. I left just after noon to go pick up Sammy from kindergarten. When I got there, the main teacher told me he was off walking around the kindergarten. Someone left to let him and the teacher with him know that I had arrived, and soon I saw him walking towards me with his walker.
