Day 1846. Yesterday was the first day of an announcement storm with rain like you only have it about every 100 years. Not only that, it was really cold. We put winter coats on them, then the rain coats that I had bought for their camps in summer. They were ready for the weather! Randy took them to kindergarten, while I tried to lie back down, but I couldn't sleep any more.

Day 1844. After a very intense weekend I was glad that I was able to lie back down in bed on Monday morning, after Randy had left with the kids to take them to their kindergartens. I cooked lunch, and at 12:40 Randy returned home with Sammy and left right away to go get the other kids.

Day 1840. On Friday the kids had their first tennis class after the summer break, and we were invited to the sports center's 20-year anniversary celebration on Sunday. It started at 10 am, but we left home just after 10 am to start our long trip to get there. We got there at about 11 am. Somebody showed us right away where the kids could pick up their passes for all the stations, then they headed to the jumping castle first.
