HEALING 2 THE NATIONS INTERNATIONAL
Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance. (Ps 2:8)
Day 2537. I had no commitments this morning but got up earlier than usual. Randy and the kids had just left the trailer to go to our friend's house where they prayed for her. I slowly got up and had breakfast. The kids came by to put their bathing suits on, and I told them I was about to join them in the pool. We then had a great time of having fun in the water.
Back at the trailer the kids had some food, and I got them to do some school work. At 1:35 we went to our car to get everyone strapped into the car seats, then our friend joined us, and we started our 45 minute ride to our friend's church to meet her pastor. We got there just after 2:30 pm. It was a new, small church, and the lady pastor was there to greet us. We then talked for half an hour. I told her all that God was doing in Mali and gave her my book and information. She then said that she had to leave, so at 3 pm we already walked back to our car.
On the way back home we stopped at Walmart, and by 4:15 pm or so we were back at the trailer. Everyone was hungry. Around 5 pm we walked over to our friends' house where we ate spaghetti. Then we went downstairs where tonight's meeting was going to be. I set up my Mali stuff on a table and got my computer out to connect it to the TV there. Everyone had been invited to come at 6 pm to hear me share what God is doing in Mali.
Just after 6 pm the first couple arrived, later another lady came. That was it. I then started talking, telling about what is going on in Mali and showing pictures on the screen. They listened attentively and asked a few questions. After I was done, the one lady did some talking, telling what she is doing. Then everyone said their good-byes and left.
It was 8 pm. I packed up everything, and we went back to the trailer. I had promised the kids they could go swimming one last time before going to bed, so we got changed and headed to the pool where we enjoyed a few minutes of fun in the dark. Then we went back to the trailer and ate icecream before it was really bedtime for the kids. It was 9 pm by the time they were in bed. I then turned my computer on to start working. Now it's midnight, and I have a few more things to get done before going to bed.
