Day 2415. It was the last day of the kids' Easter break before going back to school. I got up at 10:15 am to put food into the oven and get ready for my 11 am student. I taught until noon, then got the food ready, and we sat down to eat. After lunch, we left the house at 1:30 pm and took the subway for a few stops.
Day 2414. Easter Sunday, the morning the kids had been waiting for! When they got up - early, as usual - they found the bags Grandma had brought for them. Then they had to wait. Eventually Randy got up and made breakfast, and after having eaten, they went downstairs for the Easter egg hunt. This year we only had chocolate eggs, no toy eggs.
Day 2413. I had set my alarm for 9 am as we needed to leave the house at 9:30 am. I was so very tired and would much rather have slept all morning. But Emmy was going to do a try-out soccer training at a good soccer school, and Tammy wanted to do it as well. So the three of us left the house at 9:30 am to take the subway to the end.
