Day 2578. I was really glad not to have any morning commitments on Monday morning after the weekend we'd had. I was able to sleep in,  which was nice, and have a late breakfast. Randy warmed up leftovers from Sunday to eat, while I left the house at 12:15 pm to go to the gym before picking up Sammy from school at 1:30 pm.

Day 2575. The kids were up early and excited that the day for their birthday party had finally come. I also got up before my alarm clock as I had plenty of stuff to get done. Randy was blowing up balloons downstairs while I was finishing the cake, putting all the decorations on top.

Day 2574. The first week of school is over, and they all had a great start. 

On Wednesday Samuel's school class celebrated his birthday with him, and they had cake for everyone. When I picked him up, he was playing with a memory game, and I took his picture.
