Day 2326. After less than four hours of sleep my alarm went off at 6:15 am. Tammy was on my left, and Emmy on my right. Randy got up to make breakfast, and a few minutes later the rest of us also got up. It was their first day back in school after the two-week Christmas break, and none of us was used to getting up this early any more.

Day 2325. We didn't go anywhere on Sunday or Monday. I was still catching up on office work for Mali, and I wrote a newsletter about the Christmas activities in Mali after having talking to Paul. I also taught an hour on Monday morning and an hour in the afternoon.

Day 2322. It's been a quiet first three days of the New Year, being at home for most of the time. We've still been battling this virus, some being more sick than others, and all the kids and I coughing a lot. Only Randy left to run to the grocery store on Friday morning, and this afternoon we went to church together.
