Day 2089. Since my student had canceled, I was able to go back to bed after Randy and the kids had left and did not have to set an alarm. It was nice to be able to sleep in. It was about 11:30, when I woke up and I took my time getting up. At noon I went to the kitchen to warm up leftovers. Randy and Sammy returned home at about 12:30 so that Randy could take an earlier bus than usual to go pick up Tammy and Emmy.

Day 2088. Today was my birthday. And it was a very busy day. This morning, the kids came to me and sang "Happy Birthday" and gave me their drawings they had made. After they had left with Randy to go to kindergarten, I went back to bed. However, Sammy stayed home with me so there was no sleeping possible.

Day 2087. This morning I went back to bed after Randy had left with the kids to take them to kindergarten, then my alarm woke me at 10 am as I had a 10:30 am student. I taught until 11:20, then went to the kitchen to make lunch. I was there when Randy got home with a little bike he had bought second-hand. It's time for our kids to learn to ride a bike.
