Day 1951. Yesterday we stayed at home. I taught from 10 to noon and from 3 to 5 pm, while Randy and the kids were downstairs for most of the day. He put together the puppet theater, but I didn't know in what bad shape their puppets were. When I was done teaching, Emmy came to get me as he wanted to play a show for me, and he did a great job.

Day 1949. This morning I was not able to sleep uninterrupted, with the kids waking me up. At 10:30 I got up for good, and Randy left to go to the grocery store - only to find out that everything was closed today. At 11 am I started teaching and taught until noon. Then I went to the kitchen to make turkey noodle soup with the leftovers.

Day 1948. I had asked the kids to let me sleep this morning. And I was amazed that they actually did. They got up early, and as Tammy and Emmy both sleep on either side of me, I woke up, but then I fell back asleep and when I woke up, it was 11:30 am. I couldn't believe how quiet it was. Randy had given them breakfast and then taken them down, and none of the kids came back into our bedroom to wake me up.
